A few years ago, Ronan Laborde gave us carte blanche to photograph and film Château Clinet in winter. With the fresh eyes of newcomers to this side of the land, we made a fabulous discovery.

Magical for sailors — a photographer and a filmmaker of boats! Free, the way one embraces the sea, we fell in love with the vines. As one discovers new lands beyond the horizon, we met people of the soil, both humble and ambitious.

And so, as one always returns to a home port, each new visit became an occasion for joy — discreetly making our way through the estate, exploring new light, waiting for the right moment to press the shutter, as if the photographer's and filmmaker's blue note were about to arrive…
